Being a Pokemon that evolves under certain radiation, it knows everything about itself and takes full advantage about how to utilize its own body and composition to get what it wants. Gengar is among the stronger Ghost-types in existence. What makes them so difficult to observe in particular is how uncommon they are and how easily they’re able to hide themselves from human eyes. They can be organic, made of normally “non-alive” substances, inhabiting objects that don’t live, or they may be the remnants of something that was once alive but isn’t anymore. ( A ) General: Out of all the Pokemon species, none are so difficult to fully understand as Ghost-type Pokemon, because they have such a variable nature. This tends to be nearby streetlight posts. In which case, they’ll likely show up on less-walked roads where a light can shine, casting your shadow. Otherwise, there’s no exact telling when you’ll see a Gengar, as they prefer to roam around. Location: One of the few locations guaranteed to have Gengar is the Old Chateau. When that month is over, the female spits out that same wad of poison gas as a newborn Gastly. For about a month, the female gradually infuses the poison gas with spiritual energy that slowly gives it a consciousness. Speaking of which, instead of mating conventionally (while they’re still capable of doing so being in the Amorphous egg group), the male simply feeds a wad of poison gas to the female. DNA samples don’t work because they’re technically big wads of condensed poison gas with traces of spiritual energy. There is VERY little actual differences aside from the female’s head “spikes” being slightly smaller than the males’. Normally, you can simply hear a slight hissing sound, mostly because of its composition as poison gas. Or possibly just a light giggle if you’re inevitably going to become the butt of a practical joke. Sound: Sometimes a very mischievous or malicious sounding cackle.
